Lili Reinhart Zodiac Sign, Birthday and Bio

Quick facts

Does she fit the Virgo label?

Astrology is entertainment, not science, but fans love the comparison. Virgos are often described as careful, analytical and detail-minded, and people who follow Reinhart’s work point to her thoughtful approach to roles and her habit of writing about her own feelings. Still, treat it as a bit of fun rather than a profile. Her birthday, September 13, falls in the second half of the Virgo window, which runs from late August to around the third week of September.

Early life

Reinhart was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and raised in the area. She moved to Los Angeles as a young adult to chase acting, taking small roles and auditions until a break came. Before Riverdale she appeared in small independent films, including Miss Stevens, and in TV guest parts, which gave her a base of on-set experience. It’s a familiar route for young actors in Los Angeles: years of auditions, a handful of credits that barely register, and then one casting decision that changes everything.

Riverdale and beyond

In 2017 she joined the cast of Riverdale, The CW’s dark reimagining of the Archie comics, as Betty Cooper. The series ran for seven seasons and made her a recognisable name worldwide. She starred alongside KJ Apa, Cole Sprouse, Camila Mendes and Madelaine Petsch, and the show’s mix of teen drama, mystery and heightened comic-book tone became a social media phenomenon.

Outside the show she has taken on film work, including Hustlers, Chemical Hearts (which she also produced) and Look Both Ways on Netflix. She appeared in Hustlers alongside Jennifer Lopez and Constance Wu. In Look Both Ways, a 2022 romantic drama, she played two versions of the same character in parallel storylines, a challenge that let her show a different side from Betty. She has also written a poetry collection, Swimming Lessons, showing her interest in writing alongside performing.

Chemical Hearts is adapted from Krystal Sutherland’s young-adult novel Our Chemical Hearts, and Reinhart took a producer credit as well as the lead role. In Hustlers, a 2019 crime drama based on a true story from a New York magazine article, she played one of the dancers in the film’s ensemble, a modest part inside a film that was widely praised and did well at the box office. Taken together, these projects show an actor who has tried to build a body of work outside the world of Riverdale, even as that series remained her calling card.

Advocacy

Reinhart has spoken openly about mental health and body image and has encouraged her followers to be kind to themselves. That openness has become part of her public image alongside her acting, and many fans cite her honesty as the reason they connect with her.

Beyond the teen-drama label

Having started her career on a long-running teen series, Reinhart has worked to widen her range. Hustlers placed her in an ensemble of experienced actors, while producing Chemical Hearts showed an interest in shaping projects behind the camera. Her poetry gives a second creative outlet that has been well received by readers.

What fans ask

The first question is usually whether her sign matches her public persona, a lighthearted debate that comes up every September. Another is how old she was when Riverdale began (20 when the show premiered in early 2017). People also ask where to see her outside the series, and the straightforward answer is Hustlers for a mainstream ensemble film and Look Both Ways for a romantic drama she carries herself.

Personal life

She keeps relationships out of the spotlight, and we respect that here.
